Zero joined his brother in the elevator they were taken down to a place to meditate. Ryme apparently thought it best to free form the meditation and just laid down on the grass relaxing. Zero went with the more traditional meditation pose. He motioned himself to move and sit about 2 meters away from his brother. He took a seated position then soon after crossed his legs placing one ankle over the other leg. He pulled his ankles in closer towards his bottom as he lifted his tail and slightly wrapped it around his lower body coming around his right leg and leaving the tip at his feet. It was then he noticed how much energy he had used in their fight outside. Zero could see a number of scuff marks on his bio arms as he examined himself. He felt annoyed with himself and a bit never struck that he allowed such a inferior creature to do so much damage to him. Looking across to Ryme it seemed he had shared a bit of the same treatment. He recalled on point seeing his brother dodging stumps from the human. Perhaps after their training here they would kill the pair they fought against. If all that power had come from the power of Babadi then they were in the right place.
Zero had to remove these thoughts from his mind as he placed his elbows in the creases made by his bent knees. He placed his hands together by pressing his finger tips together, he followed this action with a slight bow of his head as he closed his eyes and took in a few deep breaths. After a few seconds he began to focus on his Ki, the inner energy within all living beings. He traced the ki out from his core out to each hand, then into each finger. Zero did this with his legs too, then into his toes and even down into his tail. Finally he held the imagine of his current sitting position in his mind as he followed the ki into his head and mapped out each point in which his ki flowed. He expanded this imagine and felt it become a reality as his ki flowed naturally through out his body.

Ryme stared at the sky as he meditated, or what appeared to be the sky. Babidis' magic powers continued to impress him creating illusions for the sake of beauty. That took a different level of power than the typical black and white that changelings perceived it as. He enjoyed the idea of meditating for power, he might have been more engaged in more of his lessons on frost if training took multiple forms. Ryme had attempted meditation before when he had heard the namekians do it to train. However, he could never find his home base as others liked to call it to focus his thoughts. He had constant interruptions, but here the serenity of the room seemed to help him focus.
He'd start only on his breathing, listening to it come out. While his breath was a little ragged, mainly from the fight Ryme still found his home base. It'd take a couple of minutes of focusing on his breath to gain the focus he needed. Once he managed to elevate himself to that level he could feel his blood pumping, his Ki flowing throughout his body. There was something powerful to him about truly feeling his own aura, his spiritual pressure. He wondered if this was one of the core concepts of magic, the reason they had embarked on this journey, to begin with.
More interesting was that after a couple of minutes in his higher stage of meditation Ryme found the room around him changing. Somehow he had stopped laying on the ground, even though he couldn't recall standing. He was outside a volcano now, surrounded by pools of lava. There was no one else on the planet that he could see, his brother nowhere to be found. Ryme didn't want to stop focusing on his meditation yet, even with his brother separate from him. If that was what was happening, he'd have to continue on alone in his trance. As the lava started to erupt from mountains far away Ryme could feel the heat. He continued to focus as he questioned his concept of reality.

As the image of his mapped out ki network came into his mind's eyes Zero's prescription of himself started to grow. Yes, he could see it now the natural aura he displaced from his being was now clear as day. Like his ki his aura was red, and it had an unease feeling coming from it. It was cold, murderous, and just all around vile. He enjoyed that this was the energy he put off to others if they could sense it, he was not sure if this was the what he had heard rumors of people's ki signatures or not as he could not still sense powers from others as this was only a self reflecting thanks to the powers of Babadi's palace. As he learned what he felt like Zero thought it best to bring this vision and feeling of himself into reality. The white bio armor across his body would begin to shed from his body as a new black-colored bio armor with a different style and fashion began to grow. His appearance now matched how he saw himself during this training evolution and allowed those who set eyes upon him a visual aid to the aura they would get from him. It was like animals in the wild that were poisonous are filled with toxins much like Zero himself. Though he had learned that those on earth that had this trait seemed to be in bright colors more often than darker colors like he had chosen for himself. But this black and red color scheme were picked because it was a known pattern to those who had lived on earth as something to be cautious of, a spider of the most dangerous breed had this same color scheme though the pattern might differ. Still, much like the reptiles of this planet he was using his displayed appearance as a warning that those who were in his presence should be careful and thought those who aimed to harm him would be brushing shoulders with death.
Accepting who he was in this sense allowed him to open himself to what Babadi had been teaching them. Magic was all around them, it was up to them to learn to feel it and draw upon it. He was starting to feel it now yes, the waves of energy that were within this building, in this chamber. The remains of spells long ago cast and the recent spells of Babadi turned this into a place of training for his student, a place where people like Zero and Ryme could grow and foster their magical training and become proper students of the dark wizard where perhaps either one of them might become the heir to his legacy and carry on his wishes able to achieve more using their natural and raw fighting power and abilities and combining that with the magic he could teach them to build a perfect hybrid of warrior and Wizards of the Dark Arts. There were spells that Babadi could teach them that played into the twin's natural abilities from their years of business practices. Their persuasion and negotiation skills they had paired with their resources already allowed them to start an army. They had the means to train even the weakest of fodder and turn them into a decent level henchman or minion to do as they wished. Babadi had told them of a spell he knew that could even turn Humans into powerful minions, he told them that this spell was more effective who hated or were evil, the darker the emotions within them the more effective the spell. He admitted that it would give a large boost to anyone who wore the mark but it also made the subject loyal and more obeying to commands. With this, they could indeed grow a proper army to overtake the PTO and push their faction into the limelight. This could be just the thing to ensure that those they recruit for their elite forces would remain loyal and never falter from the cause. It would also give them even more of an advantage to dragging someone into their clutches and using them. For Zero it did not matter exactly how strong someone was, every person had a use even if it was to just die or to test something. There was no such thing as a wasted resource in his mind. Anyone could be made strong with their money and technology, weights, diets, gravity chambers, training droids, and soon this magic spell. With these all combined the amount of power those they recruited could gain would be so vast that the competition would not stand a chance.

Had he been in the room the whole time? The past couple of months had led up to him eating the fruit from the tree. Trying to conceptualize reality, or time was an exercise in futility. Master Babidi had told Ryme that, along with one other important piece of information. He had told Ryme that magic in the Demon Realm was seen as a science. That it wasn't the mystical art that Earthlings liked to pretend it was. That through processes it was capable of just being another tool to expand power such as Ki. When Ryme had first learned of Master Babidi he had already theorized such a thing himself. To have it affirmed by his master was no small feat, how he spoke to them in the meditation room was also alarming. He wasn't sure if it was magic or some kind of trick, but it sounded as if he was talking directly into Ryme's mind he'd have to ask his brother if he heard what he was saying as well. Even then with a good enough hidden speaker, it was possible to pull off such a trick. Ryme had already agreed to be Master Babidi's apprentice the magic that he had already shown was great enough for that. His ability to create stronger, loyal disciples with one spell was all that Ryme sought. Everything else he would come up with himself.
Behind him the volcano burst into life, the lava flowing straight towards Ryme. The melted rock river would envelop his form, for a split second all Ryme could feel was the heat. It started with a comforting warmth, like a hug from an old friend reconnecting. That wouldn't last, the next was searing sharp pain, he tried to resist screaming but he relented. He could barely get out a rasp before he felt the heat fill his body as if it were sentient. Ryme's brain would overload from the pain or his nerves were destroyed either way the pain would all subside abruptly and completely.
He could feel something on his eyelids, his body felt fine now. Opening his eyes, Ryme would see that he was in complete blank whiteness. Looking down, he'd be more confused. There was no platform, nothing he was standing on, looking down he could see more white emptiness, what was he standing on? Before he could consider his situation more, he'd hear the voice of Babidi come through once again. Instructing him to practice his basic Magic/Ki techniques while meditating. Ryme usually warmed up before, but he doubted Master Babidi would respond well to him asking for time to do that. Instead, he'd shoot out Ki Blasts, Ryme had a method of practicing. He'd do 1 Ki Blast unaugmented, and 1 Ki Blast augmented with magic. He'd go up 25 then go down again until failure. It was unsatisfying training for Ryme, his Ki blast wasn't colliding with anything, and eventually, they'd just phase out of view. Ryme would continue this exercise for what felt like a couple of days, his Ki reserve higher than he had ever felt before. He assumed it was something Master Babidi was doing.
His last Ki blast would fly out, but Ryme could hear a sound in the distance. It almost sounded like a Ki blast headed straight towards him possibly multiple. That's when he'd turn around and see every Ki blast he had fired in the room headed directly at him, spaced apart by the time in his training, but they would generally hit him around the same time. He'd activate his armor covering his body while trying to deflect as many blasts as he could. It was an exercise in futility, it only bought him a couple of seconds as the blasts kept coming. At least he could fully witness firsthand the strength of his blasts. Ryme wasn't sure how many he took before he blacked out from the pain.
He awoke in a field of grass, there was only a single tree in what appeared to be the middle of the field. Ryme wasn't too far away, but he found himself too tired to fly. Instead, he'd start walking, the uncomfortable shift in elevation from potholes or burrows created by the host of wildlife. The weather made up for the terrain, the sun was beaming down, and Ryme could feel his skin absorbing the warmth. Ryme would arrive at the tree, not knowing why he walked here in the first place. At the base of the tree, there was a hole from which Ryme could see his physical body. Meditating in the room beside his brother, all that he had endured so far had been his own creation. What was he telling himself? WC: 792 TWC: 1,141

Zero opened his eyes, his meditation was over and it was time that he and Ryme moved on to other things with the training. There was no more waiting around. It was time to learn the Majin mind control so their army could grow and become the strongest army in the galaxy. Nothing and he meant nothing was going to prevent him and his brother from rising to power and killing their father. The duo was on the raise and the galaxy would soon be the machine that generated their wealth and power. Soon the brothers would be able to cash in on their investment in the earth. It would not be much longer until they could return home and finally settle things with their father and business. Zero stood up and exited the room, they were being summoned by Babadi.
